Pastor Violet Kiteley, the founding pastor of Shiloh Church, established Shiloh Pathways College—formerly known as Shiloh Bible College—just two years after the church was founded in Oakland in 1965. Her vision was to create a place where believers could be deeply rooted in the Word of God, equipped for ministry, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to impact the world for Christ. What began as a small Bible training school has since grown into a thriving college that continues to carry her legacy of teaching, equipping, and raising up leaders for the Kingdom of God.
