As Dean of Shiloh Pathways College, Rev. Karen carries a deep passion for seeing lives transformed by the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. Her heart is to build and empower people to become a part of God’s Kingdom, impacting their daily worlds, walking in freedom, and stepping boldly into their callings. A native of El Salvador, Karen’s own journey through Shiloh Church and Pathways, completing the School of Discipleship, Leadership, Freedom Encounter, and Teachers Corp ignited her desire to see others healed, established, and equipped for Kingdom purpose. Through mentorship from many spiritual leaders, including former Dean, Dr. Dawn Costa, she has learned the Father’s heart for people and the transforming work of community, discipleship, and the prophetic anointing in this house. Her vision is to lead a college where students are empowered, established, and equipped with the Word of God, learning to live by the Spirit and fulfill their divine assignments with confidence and purpose.
